Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, email us at hello@wavyflee.com

We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions for sending it back. Please do not send items before receiving approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

We stand by the quality of our products, and in the rare event that an item is defective or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, we offer exchanges for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.

Defects or damage may include:
  • Rips, tears, or holes not caused by regular use
  • Stains, discoloration, or material flaws present on arrival
  • Broken hardware, stitching issues, or construction problems
If you notice any of these issues, please contact us immediately at hello@wavyflee.com with photos and a description. Once verified, we’ll provide instructions for exchanging your item.


Sale items and Gift cards are non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.
